Koike Aronson / Ransome, manufactures a complete line of turning rolls which maximize both safety and production with load capacities ranging from 3000 to 2,400,000 pounds.
Offering the widest variety and capacity ranges of turning rolls in the world, Koike Aronson / Ransome always has a fit for your application. Variable speed powered rotation with constant or variable wheel centerline settings are available.
Rubber, Steel, urethane and Micarta (phenolic) wheels are also available. Traditional, Unitized, Self-Adjusting (SA), Trac-tred, Turbine and Tilting rolls are just some of the models we offer.
Manual or powered mobile sub base cars can be included for quick adjustment of varying vessel lengths. Special engineered Turning Rolls are always available.

New Anti-Drift Turning Roll -
Prevents Vessel Drift
The Anti-Drift Turning Roll system uses Koike’s Eccentric Axle Design to minimize vessel drift. The Anti-Drift Turning Roll allows for a lower vessel centerline height and holds the vessel on rolls axially in position within plus-minus 0.04-inch. It automatically compensates for vessel irregularities and roll misalignment, making corrections quickly and with little force.
