The programmable controller is designed to receive and memorize optimum work piece positions and increase productivity. The standard programmable control provides up to 3 part programs with 20 positions. The programmable Positioner System is designed to increase productivity of manual welding applications as well as aiding in the transition from manual to robotic welding applications. Built in I/O, it can accept and provide "in position" signals to any robotic control. There is no need to reprogram a Positioner welding sequence; all existing programs can be utilized.
