General Positioner Program

Our General Positioner Program is a custom designed program for end-users or outside service personnel.

Some of the topics covered in this program are:

  • Recommended install and set-up procedures
  • Mechanical and Electrical System Troubleshooting
  • Gear Box and Drive Train Systems
  • Variable Frequency Drive Troubleshooting
  • Recommended Maintenance Procedures
  • System Operations and Operator Interface
  • Weld System Interfacing

Training is offered at our Arcade, New York factory prior to shipment of the equipment to the end-user or if provided with a list of machines in service we can put together a program for those machines.


Since this is a custom program the dates and time spent in training will be determined as the individual needs are discussed.
