This past Friday, May 8, Jerry Leary, President, Rachael Becht, HR & Safety Manager and member of the Board of Directors for the Business Education Council, and Paul King, Director of Manufacturing, attended the 34th Annual Spring Breakfast Meeting for the Wyoming County Education Council.  The meeting was held to highlight the accomplishments of business and education in Wyoming County Communities.

Koike Aronson was awarded and recognized as the 2015 Outstanding Business Partner in education.  Koike Aronson established a relationship with the Business Council in 1998. Since then, Koike has been involved in numerous activities and services for Wyoming County students, and we help fulfill the BEC mission:

"To encourage the partnership between business, education, and the Wyoming County community that will prepare our young people to be productive members of the workforce."

This past year, the Council focused on Wyoming County Manufacturing.  Koike has hosted numerous tours through our facility. We have worked with the STEM curriculum and participated in their fairs.  Koike staff members have also volunteered their time to be involved and to visit schools and deliver presentations to the students.

We were given a plaque in the morning meeting and it will proudly be displayed in our lobby.  We are very thankful and honored to be a part of the continued education of the students of our county.
