CEO, Gerald Leary

ARCADE, NY -- Koike Aronson, a leading manufacturer of metal cutting and positioning equipment, announces the appointment of James McAuliffe, Jr. to the positions of President and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Mr. McAuliffe most recently was Chief Financial Officer at Rigidized Metals Corporation of Buffalo, NY. Mr. McAuliffe has extensive experience in finance, distribution, acquisitions, manufacturing, and international operations.

Koike Aronson also announces that Jerry Leary, formerly the President and CEO of the company, will remain Chief Executive Officer until March of 2017, at which time he will retire from the company and be replaced as CEO by Mr. McAuliffe. Mr. Leary became head of Koike Aronson in 2002 when the company was near bankruptcy. Since then Koike has doubled in size, expanded three times, and invested more than $25M in new facilities and equipment without borrowing.
