Quality Meets Efficiency
With the ability to weld a 1-inch thick storage tank in a single pass, the VUP welder is designed with efficiency in mind. By completing these welds in one pass, this tool helps operators produce high-quality, structurally sound storage tank joints. Dual nozzles allow operators to quickly switch between 3/32” or 0.120” diameter wires for swift changeover between jobs, reducing downtime to near none.
Flexible Operation
Robust and intuitive controls make operating VUP simple. Control direction (up or down) and travel speed with ease from a single control panel. Lateral adjustments can be made manually from the welder’s Lincoln NA-3 head. For added flexibility, select our powered oscillator option to weld plates as thick as 3”.
