Seam Welding Made Simple

Our longitudinal seam welders make it easy to create uniform welded joints up to 12’ in length on cylindrical work pieces up to ⅜” in thickness and greater than 4.5” in diameter. Koike’s Longitudinal Seam Welders can be customized to your exact process with a variety of configurations including internal, external, and flat plate models. Compatible with a multitude of welding types such as MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding, each model is available with optional gas purge and a variety of cooled back-up bars to choose from. Select one of Koike’s welder packages designed for no-fuss compatibility, or mount your existing equipment to the machine for accurate seam welding.

Designed with the end user in mind, the 5.7in high-resolution HMI gives access to Weld Carriage Controls, Weld Process Controls, and Machine Diagnostics. The HMI is also equipped with an E-Stop feature for enhanced safety, which allows users to halt operations before approaching the machine.
