Electronic Technician
Starting Pay Range: $22-$26 Per Hour
Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 20% on base and overtime wages in 2023 and 17% in 2022.
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270, and at one year.
Applies knowledge of electrical theory, principles of electrical circuitry, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related educational training to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic devices such as drives, controls, and circuitry.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (AAS) in electronic or electromechanical technology from two-year college or technical school; and/or three years related experience are required.

Machinist
Starting Pay Range: $22-$26 Per Hour

The self-motivated candidate performs machine work on CNC Milling, Drilling, Boring Machines and/or CNC lathes. Must be able to set machine up and run proficiently upon completed training. Be able to edit new and existing programs as needed and actively contribute to quality initiatives to increase productivity and gain efficiencies. Candidate must be able to read blue prints, micrometer, calipers and other standard measuring equipment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two-year related trade school training and three to five years of job-related experience.
Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
