Many of our products do not require pre-install documentation. Most of the portable welding carriages along with a majority of our oxy-fuel cutting machines and welding solutions are ready to power up and to use.

When a KOIKE Technician has been chosen to install your machine, you can expect the following:
Order, Sales Order Number, Serial Number, & Contact Information has been entered
call from Technical Service Manager (usually occurs within 10
days of the order being placed).
- Shipping Date and Installation Date is determined.
Note: Within the last seven years we have met the on-time installations start date promised 99.7% of the time.
