Before The Purchase

Our dedicated technicians are happy to discuss your upcoming purchase - from power requirements to air requirements and everything between.  We will take you through what you need to know to confirm your equipment purchase.

Before The Installation

Many of our products do not require pre-install documentation.  Most of the portable welding carriages along with a majority of our oxy-fuel cutting machines and welding solutions are ready to power up and to use.    

When it comes to machines requiring installation, you can expect we will deliver the best installation in the industry. 

Koike Aronson, Inc. Installation

When a KOIKE Technician has been chosen to install your machine, you can expect the following:

  • Purchase Order, Sales Order Number, Serial Number, & Contact Information has been entered and double-checked.  
  • A call from Technical Service Manager (usually occurs within 10 days of the order being placed).  
  • Shipping Date and Installation Date is determined.

Note: Within the last seven years we have met the on-time installations start date promised 99.7% of the time.

  • Pre-install documentation has been sent and checked over prior to installation date.  
  • Call from Koike Aronson Service Technician.  
  • Call from machine Installer.

If you, our valued customer, choose to self-install your machine, we will electronically mail the pre-installation documentation (if required) to your sales representative
