One of three unique models within KOIKE's IK-72 Series, the IK-72W Multi-II offers a range of capabilities, including straight welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting. Experience consistent welds with ease, regardless of your skill level as the machine automatically configures constant tip-to-work distance, leaving you to monitor wire feed rate and carriage speed. Designed for compatibility, the IK-72W Multi-II seamlessly interfaces with Lincoln welders and offers optional adapters for Miller or Hypertherm Powermax connections.

    WE used to run Buggo systems but have found these to be much easier and more capable. We will be replacing all of our track welding systems with these moving forward

The IK-72W Multi-II is a versatile machine that combines straight welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting capabilities. It automatically configures the tip-to-work distance for consistent welds, making it user-friendly for welders of all skill levels. It's compatible with Lincoln welders and offers optional adapters for Miller or Hypertherm Powermax connections, providing flexibility and ease of use.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT :

COMPACT COMMAND CENTER

Equipped with advanced, easy-to-use process controls featuring:

Machine Function Dial:
Simplify manipulation of machine functions through a single,
user-friendly control developed by welding professionals for intuitive
and practical operation.

Muiti-Weld Processes:
Features standard and programmable weaving options.

Back Step Function:
Pause the machine automatically to dwell, then execute a precise
reverse movement to complete the crater cap.

Limit Switch Function:
In addition to the standard shutoff capability, the limit switches feature a
unique "move to position" function. This innovative patent-pending function
permits operators to effortlessly position the machine by pushing the limit
switch in the desired direction of movement.

Streamline Your Work Process.

QUICK RELEASE CLUTCH LEVER

Facilitate quick positioning of the machine on the rail by
engaging the easy-to-use clutch lever to release side rollers.

Dual Stability

RACK AND PINION SYSTEM

In addition to the side rollers, the IK-72W Multi-Il employs a rack and pinion system integrated into the rail to provide steady, consistent motion in both horizontal and vertical welds.

Plasma Cutting Kit

This kit comprises a plasma torch clamp and an interface cable. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with air plasma systems equipped with a CPC port, enhancing cutting capabilities.

Oxy-Fuel Cutting Kit

Extends the IK-72W Multi-Il's cutting capabilities to handle material up to 10" thick. This kit includes Koike's premium design Series 100 torch tips to assure fast and seamless cutting operations.
For convenient gas control, an optional Snap Valve can be purchased to provide an easy one-touch on/off system.

Attachable Weaving Unit

Plug-and-play weaving unit can be easily integrated without additional cables, enhancing welding capabilities on the go.

RAIL OPTIONS :

Our rails incorporate the innovative usage of a hard rubber compound, enabling the ability to curve through 2 or 3 panels while a flexible steel tubing along rail centers prevents uneven cutting. Magnetic footing secures the track to plate, enabling vertical usage of machine.

1D, 60 In (1,500mm) Extendable Rail:

Offers direct, linear movement perfect for simple cutting and welding tasks that require straight lines. It's the ideal solution for tasks that demand consistency and precision in a single dimension.
